Sanland’s SG208 is a high-gain, low-noise GaAs pHEMT single-ended MMIC RF amplifier IC designed for broadband RF applications from 47 MHz to 1218 MHz. With 25 dB typical gain, 1.0 dB noise figure at 1200 MHz, and up to 39 dBm OIP3 at 8V, SG208 is suitable for DOCSIS 3.1, FTTH GPON / GEPON, optical nodes, head-end CMTS equipment, satellite TV, cable modems, set-top boxes, and single-ended gain block applications. The device operates from a single 5V or 8V supply and is packaged in a compact 3 × 3 QFN package.
